2) Synchronous conveying and temperature control of dryer: in this part, it will mainly control the synchronous frequency-changing speed control of shaping belt, conveying roller and cutter; The temperature control of dryer mainly control the drying process of plasterboard in the dryer. The control system of this part may carry on the centralized control through industry computer of central control room, thereinto the synchronous speed-control system can realize synchronous adjustment or separate adjustment through the computer software, also it can utilize the site buttons to synchronously adjust the synchronized equipments above, so as to decrease the errors of synchronous speed and prevent from the coating paper rubbing, uneven cutting and other problems; The temperature control system of dryer mainly check out the temperatures at inlet, mid position and outlet in various areas, and adjust the running speed of dryer according to the data obtained above, so as to make the plasterboard achieve the best drying effect.
In addition, the computer software also can carry on the real-time data collection, and automatically make the statistics, compile, preservation and time-fixed report print of data above, so as to benefit the instruction for production and improve the acceptance rate of products.
The master computer control station can carry on the data communication with two computer monitoring & controlling stations in workshop through the LAN network, the master control station has superior operating & managing jurisdiction, and it may manage all computers of site workstations through the software, issue the production orders through network, and obtain the daily, monthly and quarterly production reports made by the computers of site workstations, thus it can greatly benefit the mastery of actual production conditions and the corresponding adjustment and control of production at any moment.
